wrong end of the stick there chaps Samco and Roose do indeed make silicon hoses if you want them, I'm looking at the solid hoses that corrode, see if I can get them for a sensible price as Audi want a small fortune for them... if they're not NLA And then the pipes they supply corrode.

You got the wrong end too though
The solid ones you just mentioned that corrode, can THEY be made from silicon?
Why do they have to be metal?

I'd go for aluminium pipes over silicone for an ultimate setup, the weight consideration might surprise a few people. Check out any F1 car and see how much silicone you can find!

I think reliability and longevity are a bit more important to us than a couple of grams weight difference though!
As much as some on here like to think, we dont drive F1 cars

Fair point - solid ally pipes are pretty tough though! And as long as they have flexible couplings, not prone to cracking.

Oh this is about pcv pipes and that dippy metal pipe from turbo to water rail. I can see how light alloy pipes could work there. Not gonna be cheap I reckon but hey.
