Yeah we were rubbing it down last week and decided that it would be crazy as silver

yea keep it silver, mines was silver up until saturday i have a set of wheels that go brilliantly with the silver if your interested, i bought them the weekend before the bloke crashed into me and never got to put them on. they looked awesome against the car though.

Thanks mate, yeah got a top quality man to paint her, wings are now on and lined up both sides are sitting in bear metal, any tinworm been dug out and lead filled, just some bad preparation in the past just smoothing out some ripples and she will be ready for a silly amount of paint and laquer only to rub a coat or two back off for what we hope a perfect finish.

Nice one, sounds like your paint guy knows what he's doing. Dealing with poor past repairs is a real PITA, taking it right back to bare metal is the only way.

He mostly does classic cars so his standards are very high as are his fees
but iam what you might call fussy with my cars so only the best will do,
having trouble uploading pics on here, seems my files are too big, anyone know how to remedy this??
