It's the hotside and turbine wheel that's going to effect this turbo's performance. IIRC MTM turbo were changed in power by changing hotside sizes.

F#ck off! What makes you think that three years later I still have a boost leak?
NOwt wrong with mine now. That set of rollers is miles out! No way would I be using it for genuine power runs. I put mine on to check afr with the MTM chips.
Andy, just drive twenty minutes further north to Motorscope at Northallerton.

firstly i think your correct in using the same rollers after the changes. that shows as fairly as possible what the changes have done power wise.
if you want to take a power hike you need to get the correct turbo for the job. you could have had that power with standard everything except a bigger turbo.
decide what you want to see power wise and pick the turbo to match. the engine in stock form with stock ABY IC will do near 400 with the correct turbo. stcok internals maxing the stock injectors a bar madew me 325 at 5krpm before it started to lean out.Comment

Just to clarify ive got full RS2 spec so it should have some more
potential,
By comparison a healthy chipped 3b made 260hp\255lb\ft on a run before mine,
that car also made 20hp more than the last time it ran after some chip changers
and a few tweaks ,so i made 57hp more than that and 80lb\ft so in real terms and
all things being equal its a good increase ,sigpicComment

Ive been using the same rollers too, got 279hp with homefry only.
Then back twice more with rs2 hybrid 327hp the first time and 330hp at a different visit.
She was running lean and found one cylinder not firing properly.
Getting 3"doonpipe on and replacing fuel pump to hopefully get some more action.
cheersComment

its all about being happy with it. sounds a decent increase. if you rev through a clean 1.8bar you should see mid-high 300's on the rs2 turbo i expect.
does it rev clean and just drop off AFR?
thanks for your clarification again jamo. we must beg to differ or are you always right? if i could be bothered i fit it back on and prove you wrong.Comment

Andy,
I was told the same thing at the RR day down near wellingborough last october..and mine was 40-50hp to what it should be...so might be something to look at...and then a trip down to Doug when they are ready to go with their RR...
keep the faith....

maybe just a little rich then. a few HP in that. also maybe a bit of timing possible but only if the charge is kept cool. this is where the bigger cooler will come in. bigger turbos dont generate the heat the same. at low levels. i can make that power at 1bar less give or take a few hp. id expect thats being able to get the timing in with cooler air.
Do you have an RS2 IC?Comment
