that standard cooler is heatsoaked in the proper position in about 5 minutes.
also wheres the filter? looks like a jabbasport build many moons ago. with enlarged entry. those things need a really good filter. think its hard to get rebuild kits for chargers now too with the correct bearings.
looks like the top of a standard pulley, looks a standard tensioner to me.
getting a G60 to go well takes a little doing. i did 65mm pulley, red tops, sns chips galore, front mount, full system no cat. it went as well as a 270hp or so subaru. spun the wheels up to about 80 or 90.
