Just wondering if any other forum members watched the above on Quest channel.
Boyd Coddington and the characters that work for him.
Just been on his web site and found out he passed away in 2008, so the episodes I've been watching are from a few years back.If you can handle the American banter between the workers, and the BEEP BEEP BEEPS (swearing) then settle down and watch an episode. I think you might like it.
What I enjoy most is the skill levels involved in creating these cars.
You don't have to be a fan of the cars to enjoy the build process.
From the alignment of chassis on jig right upto turning engine over for first time.
The boy's who work on interior trim are something else
I never did get the hang of working a sewing machine
Real quick turn around, they obviously had plenty of respect for the late Mr Coddington.
The main body shop guy is real quality, knows a thing or two about prep, right down to the spraying process.
Hope they continue the episodes, enjoying it.
