High Mileage on Audis

Just had a thought about peoples Audis and how many miles/Km on the clock....cos my Dad use to have an old Audi 100 2.0E with nearly 300000 miles on the clock and still ran sweet as.

Just spotted this A4 too....400000km and still looks almost new in and out!

Just wondered what peoples cars have on the clock and how they still run and perform.

My old 1990 coupe has 250000 km on the clock and still goes well.

Have you ever had any gearbox related problems with this high mileage? Im sure they are tough but i remember a friend who had an S2 with 167000km and was getting gearbox issues. Thought probably just an isolated one.

I had a 100CD (typ44) with auto gearbox, sold it with 300tkm on the clock, still running smooth...

S2's are very strong (provided not mistreated), I know an S2 here that had done more than 400tkm .....

my urS4 avant passed 188,000miles yesterday so thats 300,000 km. A few wee things needed but otherwise goes like a train!

My S2 has clocked up a nice 212000miles (341000km) and still runs nice...

Ive reached 200,000km last week in my RS2.
We've had an Audi 100 2.2 with 350.000km and the second owner drove it over 450.000, dont know how it is currently doing.

186k miles on mine....was on original clutch to 140k-ish, still on original turbo and when she's all spruced up goes very nicely thanks

My S2 has just ticked over 160k miles which I thought wasn't really too many but to think that this equates to quarter of a million km is quite a shock!

There was a croatian lad on audifans who was over 700,000km in a 2.8cq a few years ago. Stevie B's quattro, I am sure is over 400,000 miles.

Fair poiint on the parts, mine is still on original turbo. I have had a few high milers still on original clutch and exhaust in non S guise.

I just got an M reg Audi 80 TDI Avant with 266234 miles on her.
ITS only rated 66kw but, goes fairly well will min,amount of smoke,whilst driving
