New toy - the digital plunge.....

Have been using Digi SLRs for years, currently using Fujifilm S5 Pro (based on the Nikon D200 chassis, with a more advanced sensor)

also been using Leica film cameras for as long as i remember, M3, M4p and M6 TTL, and have always prefered film, but thought it was time to try something different.. so

its an M8 with the M8.2 upgrage, and it handles just like the M6 TTL but instant pictures...

my old mans just bought an M9 aswell, full frame 18mp

anyone else used or using one?

Will do, off to brussels tomorrow for a long weekend, using it in b&w jpeg and raw, am a big fan of b&w, and used often in the family wedding photography business, people certainly dont take you seriously or any notice of you with a leica unless they know what it is, and it still looks like the old M6.

which is why we use the s5 pro with grip and sb900 speedlight as a backup. Its nice to be able to sink into the croud at a wedding
