Well done for getting them made, are they flourolined? If not then they'll last a year or so

This is a bit of a shame, by copying the OE hoses they've not addressed any of the inherent issues with the 3B breather system and missed a chance to try and get some larger diameter pipework to the head for a start. Also, these are for a 3B and are different to an ABY so are no use to Avant owners etc.

      Hmmm, thats a shame!
But in their defence, all they are doing is replicating the original hoses supplied to them.
Unless someone tells them about any design problems/improvements from the originals that could be ironed out, they will not know about it.

Yeah, that's sort of what I meant.

The pipe that runs to the head is far too small, it's even too small on the ABY for high power really. Other than that there's the whole PCV/N80 stuff that's OK when all new but then causes issues.

Do I need all 3 kits for replacing all hoses in my Avant?

Paul said the three breather hoses would be about £110. If they were just normal hoses then he said they would have been cheaper but beacuse they have to be lined to cater for oil being in them then this is what puts the cost up.
Which ones are different on the ABY then?

think it might be worth doing a group buy on this one to be honest, when i tried to look into getting some made a while back there was good interest and might help get the set below the £100 mark which would be great. Do you think Paul would be interested in running one?

I would say it is definitely worth talking to him on it. As he now has the tooling made i am sure he wants to make as many as possible, and like you say, he may give a deal on a group buy.
