Isn't the engine an alloy block? Would be quite surprised if it's strong enough to sustain those power levels for any length of time?

Knowing Van Kronenburg this engine isn't coming from/going into a TT RS, most likely a different usage.
Normally they give the Volvo IL5 Alu blocks a Darton sleeve upgrade over 450hp output in the shop.

Yup, it's coming in what we dutchies call a Sprinter, 4x4 tubular framed dirt track racing buggy.
The owner's previous buggy was a GT30 + Eaton compressor 1.8T 20V with 600hp and 500Nm @round 2500 rpm.

Any further engine details are still a secret.

Edit: during the build-up it shows a GT42 compressor.. but on the dyno it's a Holset HX40 compressor.. i can't tell what the hotside comes from... anyone?
