Can anyone tell me what the frequency valve channel number is on vag-com so i can check to see if it open and closes ??

Not exactly what you need but:
4442, (Blink Fault Code) 01262 VAG1551/2 Fault Code Number
Waste Gate Frequency Valve, (N75)
Open or short circuit, sticking valve, malfunctioning valve
Symptom: Boost pressure too high or too low, Severe misfiring during full throttle due to high boost
BUT this should be closer to what you need:
RS2'd 93 UrS4 5 spd sedan
94 UrS4 V8 6 spd manual avant -
im just trying to test everything i can to get to the bottom of the lack of boost. im going to check the WG next i think. thanks for the info though, it should be of some help.Comment
