In a word no - I towed a 20v saloon behind my 3b coupe on the m4 and it pulled away as if there was nothing behind it, I was still able to go at good speeds

Heh heh, reminds me of a classic car show i was at the other week, I had to do a double take at an old mini, pulling the back half of what looked like itself behind it.

I have an older (read made out of lead) 17' 6 berth van used for car events etc. The only way you know its there is the mirrors and the unholy fuel consumption.
