The Silver catch tank was designed by Rusty and JP. The Black cyclone is JP's design

They built a Cosworth Yb thats 1000+hp which has to be one of the if not the most powerful YB in the world
Dont know him too good myself, only know him through a friend and have been invited to the Autosport show and "guided tour" in the workshop a couple times

Yes, he realy knows the Escort MKI and MKII. The most beautiful and classic Fords ever built if you ask me!

The YB had 1090bhp if I remember correctly and it is the most powerfull. (At least was at the time of the build, saw an article in Performance Ford magazine he had on his desk last year)

He have also done some realy nice NA race engines as for example this one: http://www.jemsracing.co.uk/cs_ybwidepower.html

bought Redline this month was a very good issue, JP representing the I5 cars very well

the 850 RS4 is a monster but I heard it cost a small diamond mine to build via MRC!

^^^^ I was shocked how clean my car looked through their filtered lens photos

The bit that amused me most was the league table for the sprint times.

Keeping in mind I am on
                      1) stock brakes
                      2) knackered rear bushes
                      3) nankang ditchfinders (to which I shredded some tread of one)
                      4) weigh almost 2 ton with tools and dog cage in the back

I still went faster by over a second than the stripped, race prepped Dialynx SWB Quattro coming 9th out of 23

Hoping to get a better quarter mile time tomorrow at Vagfest now that I've sorted the bushes, fitted better and wider tires and fixed the rear brakes so they're not binding, and taken the tools out the boot. Dog cage stays though for comical effect

As for Steve's RS4 that is just one naughty car from beginning to end.

I was at the day and had a really good time. Here are some rather rotary focussed pics for your enjoyment (hopefully)

I picked up the magazine the other day and I have to say I like the article, Redline has certainly come a long way and does cover some interesting topics.

Great pics of all the cars that attended, shame those days don't happen that often as I'd love to go and abuse my car for the day up there for free !

That RS4 is awesome, god knows what that must go like !

its supercharged with a Pettit Racing twin screw supercharger system. Totally transforms what is a great handling but underpowered car into a proper fantastic car!
