    Dyno result of a friend´s S2 3B 305´89cv¡¡

Ok as i´ve promised here is the dyno result of a friend´s S2 3B. he is "Manuel Garrido" forum member

    he had a great 305cv and 464nm¡¡¡

    his car specs are :

    RS2 IC
full super sprint exhaust sistem since the turbo¡¡ in 70mm i think
MTM software ,1´5bar and 250kpa map sensor
porsche 996 calipers with 323x30 discs

all the other parts are "stock"

my friend is very happy with his results and a lot of happy with the "cheaper" full super sprint exhaust

i would like to know how many hp could give my friend´s car with my old 3B ecu with 300kpa map sensor and Hamon Motors chips...... 1´7bar in 5th gear against 1´5bar from MTM...

may some of these days i will send him my ecu

i think to remember that with my old setup the boost at 6000rpm was around 1´3 or 1´4bar..

464nm of torque are very nice numbers true?? the original Audi S2 RSR from MTM had around 480nm of torque and 420hp at 1´4bar max boost with my turbo k26/27 ¡¡

i dont know where it is the trick¡¡ haha, because very recently the forum member "Nip" shows 396hp and 630nm with 95Ron fuel and a full 70mm exhaust with the same turbo as the RSR BUT boosting 1´9bar¡¡ so where it is the trick for give 420hp with 1´4bar with the same turbo?? head work maybe??

It must be the Ron95 fuel then. Makes a lot of difference once switching to Ron98

Temp and pressure are very low leading to high correction factor. Peak power is low in the rev range and the torque curve has a really strange shape to it too...

i dont like graphs that are not lbsft. they dont cross at 5252.

are you sure the rollers are giving the correct readings. its got the look of a big turbo in shape but 3k too early.

has correction and other things been applied.

the rollers should be Ok,because it is a very know dyno in Madrid.
and my friend was there many other times with his S2 and other cars and is very happy with it.
around 1 month ago my friend was there with another friend of him with another S2 and they did various dyno tests.juts like this and of course in the same dyno rollers:

-S2 complete stock and original with 95Ron fuel = 212hp
-the same S2 with chiped ECU from Hamon Motors and 250kpa ,95ron fuel 1´4bar = 272hp
                          - the same S2 again with the MTM ecu from my friend ,so 250kpa sensor and 1´5bar ,95ron fuel = 282hp

so i think that theses rollers are decents and works well

huge diference between my friend´s car and his friend car.... around 25hp¡¡ thanks to the super sprint exhaust + 98ron fuel + RS2 IC ,it is nice i think¡¡

my friend in the past without chiped ECU he had 259hp only with the full super sprint exhaust and boosting 1.0bar

Those other numbers from same dyno add some credibility for other points of reference... I think the plot in CV vs Nm is what makes it look weird too... Also that peak power is below 5500 - boost must be tailing off quite fast towards 6k rpm and the torque line somewhat backs that up. I'd be tempted to run a notch more boost at 6000 unless the air temps are already too high - hahah - unless high air temps caused boost and/or timing to be reduced - depends on how it is mapped.
