Anyone know where i can Get a front cv joint for my s2 avant for less than £60? And the part number?

there is guy who does CV-joints very cheap, don't know if he does S2 ones. Have a look on ebay uk.

I take it it's an outer one that you want, in which case the Audi part number is 893 498 099LX, and this is an exchange part. However the only aftermarket one that I would recommend would be a GKN LOBRO part, not sure who sells them though. GKN part number is 301960, and this kit will include a new CV boot, bolt, clips and grease

I got a front one from J&R on ebay last year, it was not listed on ebay but if you phone they up they have got a large selection. Only problem I had was that the CV joint had part of the machining missing, I think they sent me an Audi 80 one instead of 90. Good prices though, comes with the boot, grease and clips.

I've got brand new one OEM one that you can have for £60 + postage. I bought it years ago, never used it and keep meaning to sell it.

I think the Audi UK retail price is about £130-£140 from memory, but if Raymonds one is the right Audi part number as per my previous post, then I'd get that one if I was you
