Has anyone fitted Sparco seats into 3B S2 coupe?
If so, can you advise what was involved and where sub-frames were sourced from?
I am looking at fitting Sparco Torino seats.
You'll have to get some custom frames sorted out as there isn't a Sparco one that'll fit. I am looking into a design for a B5 chassis and it can be adapted to the B4 so depending what sort of a rush you're in, might be worth keeping an eye out. Would just need the spacing for the Sparco mounting holes and you would require some generic runners to complete the installation.
If the spacings are close to the Recaro 405x297 then you should be able to maodify some Recaro subframes to fit, expect to pay £100-£150 a pair secondhand though. Other options are mk.3 Golf frames but they require a little modification to fit correctly.

I have some modified oem frames with a 4 bolt patten on for sale
What would be involved in getting these to accept the sparco seats?
Apart from that issue, would everything else be straightforward fit?
How much?
Thanks
I have a set of Sparco Milanos fitted to my urS4. I used a set of Recaro frames made for the urS-cars which fit into the stock rails. I was able to modify the frame that came with my seats to fit the Recaro frames. Fitment and height were spot on. HTH.

I really like the way they show through the front windshield.

Just unbolt the standard seat from the frame and make a brace on that to fit the sidemounts, thats how I do it on Vauxhalls anyway which allows the seats to be moved still although with the slider mechanism in place you will get a bit of movement in the seat
Sorry not brilliant with the practical stuff- but willing to learn. LOL!
I am assuming you mean the rails in car?
It is a standard interior in my 3B coupe.
Am I right in what you are asking?
Thanks
The seats are not at my home at present so cannot measure.
They are brand new seats still in wrapping from a guy who had brackets made to fit into Renault 5 Turbo.
He never fitted them, but I need to strip his made up brackets to measure correctly.

Your Milanos look superb in the car and your right about their profile from outside.
I thank you for your advice and would add your photos inspire me.
Was looking at Milano in Tan leather- beautiful seat, then came across these brand new at a decent price. May cover in leather later.
Your car overall is outstanding, thanks for posting photos.
