Forgot to ask , anyone have Classic insurance on their S2 ?

Lo again, I did do a forum search but I dot think its workig for me.

Does anyone have classic insurance on their S2 and if so with who
at what cost & mileage please.

Hi Mas,

generally speaking , classic insurance is more about the your situation rather than the car, eg for most classic policies the car wiuld need to be a second car, kept in garage, limited mileage etc.

Ollie , thnaks for the reply. I am well aware that you 'can' get a policy I was merely interested in roughly what folk were paying. I have had several classic policies and as you know being in 'the business' many companies will charge you more for a 'younger' car as a matter of policy. For example a Porsche 944 turbo 1985 cost me a lot less than a porsche 944 turbo from 1989 even though they had a similar agreed value. Being as the Audi S2 is even newer I was worried about it being even dearer ,
