Racing quads (as in not utility/farm ones as opposed to actually racing them!)

Cars and engines, or anything with an engine, love to work on them.
Computers and techie stuff, though 15 years working in IT has killed most of my interest.
RC cars, because they have an engine and are lots of fun.
Marshalling motorsport, usually autotests, classic car rallies, again cars and engines

Must admit this is something i'd like to get back into doing for my son, i've got loads of train sets sitting in my pantry that I don't want to get rid of but was tempted last year. I'm currently trying to get access to seeing him again after my ex's new partner said i'd left it too long (illness and other issue's stopped me seeing him for a while) and refused me taking him to castle combe for the vw/audi day next sat.

Also interested in:

computing
getting into travelling (and not to do with car stuff)
i'd like to get into bikes but i'd kill myself on one (people who've seen how I drive cars will probably agree)
music - really into dnb and dubstep currently, finding new tunes as I do find that I need something heavy to wake me up in the morning to go to work.

Just getting into doing what I have always wanted to do from a Kid which is now messing with 'em too...

I collect Model Railway stuff but not your normal Hornby rubbish... Very Specialist stuff from the States, Japan etc... But seen as this is my job it has killed most of my interest...

I used to be into Puters but again I use one all day and this has also killed my interest..

Cooking...

Tech stuff... Looking as I hate buying state of the art stuff and 1 week later there is something better & cheaper...

Family & the Wife... Sick I know... but she's stood by my through thick and thin and always backs me up 150%

Drinking & talking to my M8's about the big questions in life...

Travelling & riding trains... Just can't get away from the job...

What sort of Aikdio do you do? and how long for?
