Posting Photo- Urgent Help Required

Hi,
Any other poor unfortunate souls up at this time, who can give me directions/guidance how to upload photos to my posting.
Never used this sites photo function and struggling a bit!

two main ways:

1) go to 'Go Advanced' then select the upload file button, browse to find the image and upload that way - note there are file size limitations but theres plenty of simple shareware like Photogadget to easily resize if you need to.
2) use something like Photobucket or similar....select your photos for upload to there and then use the single click/copy paste function to copy the image link into your message and tada, image inserted

Now being not too brilliant in finding about site, where exactly do I source the "Go Advanced" option?
I know a total thicko!

scroll down to the quick reply area.....scroll down a bit further and you will see 'Post quick Reply and next to it....Go Advanced

Looked everywhere to either side of postings, along top toolbar and everywhere else......except the bottom of postings- Foggy or what??????

Re: Photo upload

In meantime posted a couple as attachments, don't know if clear enough for ID purpose. If anyone who helped here can have a look and assist, would be real grateful?
