Heater control lights wiring - wanted

Hi guys, has anyone got a knackered heater control unit laying around?

I need the little wiring loom from inside with the bulb holders attached. It just unplugs from 2 terminals inside and has 3 bulb holders attached.

I butchered mine when i put some blue strips in there when i had all my dash lights in blue, i want them red again now and cant repair the loom i have

Any help much appreciated.
