why i'm glad i kept my avant!

    1. I fit a nursery wardobe in the back without dismantling it, and still destroyed an E class that tried to embarrass me on the way home.

    2. Passed the mot again with no surprises.

    3. swallows a boat load of baby related items and little 'un in the car seat and an afternoon of shopping with room for passengers.

    4. fired up after 2 weeks away and is again my daily, as my golf tdi has again let me down (split rad this time).

    5. Put a smile on my face with wheels spinning through flood water in 1st, while the 335i in front struggled to get traction en route to the station this morning.

    Any more?

Problem is you need both a coupe and avant really.

That would have been a funny sight.

I had a blast with a 335i around the kendal bypass a few months back, in the dry. Pretty much punt-for-punt. In the wet though :mischeif:
