    yeah....

the problem with door lexan is you need to have a frame around it.... i have seen some pretty nicely made setups, never put it into my plan though. i didnt even want to do it to the rears of mine. but since we do not have many windshields here i made that one lexan....

i would like to see solutions as well.

theres a company near me, aqualaze its called, cuts flanges etc out of anything using a cnc water cutter thingy majic but he said he could do lexan windows dead easy if i took an original window in or atleast a template(was for my 205 though but obviuosly makes no odds to him)
what about diy? steady hand and a jigsaw would have them cut out in no time

How do you solve the problem of the curves in the front windows and rear/frond windscreens? Lexan is in sheets of flats
          Cheers mis amigos,

Water jetting? I made a torque plate this way, i made my rears just like you said with a jig saw.

Would love to join in but at the very moment I am spending plenty knocking out the parts list I already have. I can see having the extra cash in Feb 2011 though James.

I see where your coming from james, the window glass, frames and motors are bloody heavy!
Cant see a problem with a bit of DIY cutting with the lexan for the front windows, but making a frame to keep them ridged and to the correct curve due to the coupes having frame-less doors will be the hardest task.

Seen a couple of S2 coupe's on Zatzy with framed lexan windows, cant remember which project threads though

Plastics4performance told me that they would cut anything if you sent them a template. It cuts nicely with a jigsaw as well if you want to do them all yourself. As for the windscreen it has to be glass for the MOT if you are going to use a plastic one for the track I think you would need some sort of support for it in the centre otherwise it will be all over the place.
