At the end of the day, I agree condition and service history is all important. I just thought considering the age of the car, it did seem a tad high, and why did a significant number of users not keep it very long?
It can go both ways though, especially if its an older car.
A one owner car might not get as much love as one thats passed through a few hands.
Most people like to pump a bit of cash into their new car, so a new owner every couple of years isnt a bad thing.
Where-as a one owner one might of only had the minimum spent to keep it going.
I know that does'nt really apply to one of that age though!
Also, with high performance/expensive to run cars people like to buy it, enjoy it for a year and then pass it on before any major costs pop up
11 owners since 2006 is ridiculous. It does not necessarily mean that the car is in any worse shape than a one owner car, but it is sort of an indication that the folks who bought it were not too impressed by it and wanted to get rid of it after a short while. The B7 is beautiful looking, but not worthy of the RS badge, due to the gutless engine.

A car with that amount of owners spells trouble to me i wouldnt even look at it, i appreciate high performance cars change hands quite often but thats a bit extreme
The crazy thing is that they put the same engine (although now claiming 450hp) in the RS5. Tests show it to be just as slow as the RS4. Audi moves from awesome turbo engines to weaksauce NA engines, while BMW goes from NA to turbo. Strange.
The 3.0 supercharged is great, and I would easily pick the 2.0T or 1.8T over the 4.2
