yup, the Pulsay had individual throttle bodies built into the inlet manifold, pretty trick. Gives a very sharp throttle repsonse for a turbo car

got the nissan gti r home today .... think turbo is f&*ked . start and ran great , but a little rich then took it home gave it some beans and pulled fine ( only running 0.6 bar as eletronic boost controler, etc has reset because of havin no battery )
then after about 5 miles car was running really rich, like as rich as the gauge goes. then when you back off blue smoke and smelt of oil . quite a bit like car smoked a idle then cleared but still smelt rich. ( maybe ecu still thinkin s its running higher boost? ) apart car is ok
should i check crank vent system first do you think?

sorted out turbo seals, etc myself got turbine rebalanced . put it all back together and was 10 times better than before , but there was still a little smokey maybe what was left in the exhaust or the valve seals i thought as its been sat .
so i got some forte seal conditioner ran that though and it seems to have cleared , and saved me some money for the moment
got new pads and service , under sealed , 4 new tyres and it went straight though an mot . the mechanic said it was in very good condition for aged.

does anyone know of a tuners in the west midlands that can set up the apex boost controller and apex air / fuel controller on a pulsar . it would be much appreciated . cheers ryan

( ps i will not be getting rid of the s2 over pulsar )

anyone used power station in tewkesbury ? .for turning there car they said they had a 4x4 dyno , and have done work gtir s before.
