    Bumper bracket part number?

Hi all I was wondering if anyone could help. After my little crash the other week the Caria fixed but I had to bend the mangled bracket back into shape. I want a new one basically. It's the metal bracket on the front of the car on the drivers side (s2 avant). As audi are so useless, having sold me plastic wing mount things?!?!? I was wondering if someone could tell me the part number for the correct bracket. Also audi say they won't take back the ones they sold me as it was them that was listed. I'm gonna give em a right collocking when I go to get my diff seal. They are supposed to offer a refund or swap for the correct part right?

Anyway cheers in advance for the part number

Also pretty sure Audi won't take parts back if they had to be specially ordered in.

Did they show you the parts you required on the screen, or did they print them off and show you by that method? If they didn't do either, then the fault lies at their end.
What happened to the days when you could walk into the 'smoky', 'dirty', spares dept of an Audi dealer and you could look at the monitor and point out which component you required.Nowadays you have to go into the main showroom where you are pampered beyond belief by beautifull receptionist that would not look at you twice outside of her job - even if they just ran you over! You are offered numerous cups of coffee like you are the next potential purchaser of an R8.All his procedure takes about a week as the spares dept is usually situated on a totally different floor and printouts are ferried too and fro by some spotty young boy that hasn't got a clue what it is that you want...eventually, after many attemps to order the component the young boy returns smiles at you and displays his braces on his crooked teeth and then informs you that it is 'No longer available Sir'.
