    307cv and 455nm¡¡ dyno day

here are my great dyno results

very bad ecu setup , but boosting 2.0bar in 4th gear, and 1.5bar to redline
it is too extrange to see the max torque and power at the same revs....

Ouch. Better get it properly checked over and mapped before you break something with poor fuelling or timing

wich is it the righ position to have installed the wideband sensor??

i got it after the narrowband ,around 1 meter after the turbo hotside . it shows nice fueling AFR ,and the timing it is very agressive... it has to be changed

there are many factors to upgrade in the ecu chips...because i got low torque in lower revs, and the tuner said that it is very extrange to see the max power very near to the max torque....

i hate graphs that dont cross at 5252.

cam timing or bad rolling road?

I use the wideband in the location of the narrowband sensor in my car and feed a generated signal to the ECU.

            id do as prj says.

dont have it too close to the turbo though.

dont use the narrowband as a fueling guesstimate. its only designed to return 14.7:1 a ccurately

the next weekend i will go to other different dyno, inertial this time. for check and compare both dyno results

i know a guy in Spain with a copy of my chips ,full RS2 specs, with worse exhaust manifold, worse exhaust and he did 412cv and more than 500nm...... but boosting to 2.2bar peak boost ,because he used a harder wastegate spring..... i said him that it si toooo bad for the turbo life but... he want more torque and power

so.... it is extrange..me only 307cv
              we will see

                what are you meaning??

to use the wideband signal to the original narrowband connector + my wideband gauge? it is installed in the end of the downpipe...just by the intermediate exhaust.

narrowband should be behind the turbo true?? and always before the wideband?? or it is the opposite??

Wideband at end of downpipe - before CAT is good.

Narrowband in stock location to ECU is good.

Your graphs are weird. You should be seeing max torque ~4000rpm and max power ~6000rpm on most S2/RS2 setups unless they have some special tricks that can either create more torque much lower down or create more power in higher rpm.

What turbo are you running anyway ?

The mapping is awful then... Should be much better at the claimed boost levels. Fuelling and/or timing is not good - or maybe the car is flying and you just dont trust the rollers.

                          Rocco, get your car remapped...
Not just putting random chips in.
You will have no power and mess up your engine.

Also, most proper wideband controllers have a simulated narrowband output.
It's much better/easier to put the wideband in place of the narrowband sensor and run a single wire from your wideband controller under the hood than making a new spot in the DP.

Just make sure the WB sensor doesn't overheat. Innovate instruct that the sensor should be located no closer than 50cm or so from the turbo. If the sensor overheats, its accuracy is affected. Running a heatsink like HBX-1 can allow locations closer to the turbo.

i mean like espen says dont put the senbsor too close. also observe the bends of the exhaust this affects it too.

i must say id use the orignial probe and not emulation. so 2 probes. the 02 in factory location and the wb02 somewhere further down then downpipe.
