Urq vs Rs2

I currently have an RR. And hoping to purchase an Rs2 sometime soon. I am not really pushed on the look of the Rs2, so have purchased a set of MTM alloys to see what impact they will have. I have seen one Rs2 in a picture with these fitted all be it the car was in the background of another RS2 being advertised. I was thinking the Rs2 would make a great weekend car, so hopefully will be able to judge both soon.

I would have thought the other way around? RR for weekends and fun; RS2 for a good daily or regular driver.

That was the driver for my purchase; wanted an RS2 that I can drive on the weekends but can be used mid week as a family car with AC, quiet exhaust, more comfy ride etc. And to think I thought about trading the S2Avant for an A4 Avant that burns oil

Fast forward to 2.05 and turn your speakers up, they dont come much better than that.
Forget the RS2, too heavy and they look naff all of a sudden

Well surely its unfair a ur with all the best bits an rs2 has to offer, will make the ur the best but to make it fair i would have thought it would be a 230bhp max ur against a 315bhp slipper wagon.
surley you would have to strip an rs2 to make the ur an rs2 spec one.
Making the ur cost well a small fortune,
Its been a long time also since i drove an old coupe but from what i remember it would have to be an rs2 just because the light switches feel so much better.

I also think though the values of the standard cars are about the same and would make it a tuff choice with out making the ur a 400 bhp monster.. but hey ho its not the first post i have made that makes no sense .lol.

I can answer that one, the RS2 is much quicker but the ur handles better and because of that through the twisties there wouldnt be much in it

Think thats what sold me is the handling. I must admit the b4's are heavy old beasts.

A stock RS2 would annihilate a stock UR:
120 to 160kmh in 5.7s vs 9.1s
100-200kmh in 17.5s vs 33.3s
