Screen name pictre

Hi guys

I have just resized a pic of my car to 120x120 and tried to upload it to appear next to my screen name but it still isnt showing. Anyone able to help? I thought I had done it ok but I guess not. It isnt completely like I dont know what Im doing either as I work in marketing and play with photoshop and web stuff all day.
