its in the passenger foot well in between the firewall and the heater blower.
here is a few removal guides on here. Its not easy if you haven't done it before so well worth reading first..

It's tucked up behind the glove box on the fire wall, you don't need to remove the actual clove box but you need to remove the panel underneath it .
