I've noticed a few of chezz's posts have gone missing, if you check skull's comp thread its mentioned in here. I myself have had quite a few posts/threads removed over the years for various reasons.

Just want my money back, and he has to clear this with his "friend"....!
See attached damage to the cams:
                    Did you pay via paypal?
When you paid via paypal, did you use your credit card?
If you did, you can very likely go to your bank and get your money back.

I've been told you can only get your money back in case itwas requested by the person that you sent money to. If you've sent money by paypal without request paypal won't help you.

Paypal is not supposed to help you.
                        **** paypal.
You have rights as a credit card user, and Paypal can not take those away from you.

I am speaking from a major amount of experience on the subject, not talking out of my ***.

It be great if everyone who made a mistake with there advertising, or supplied an item item which was not up to standard or not as advertised, would man up and admit they made a mistake and offer a refund or replace the item.

If people were just honest and straight forward - wouldn't life be better.

I'm sure it will become more difficult to sell items through the forum, especially from a distance.

I don't think I would buy privately from a distance again.

Good luck with sorting out your rip off's

Unfortunately, wherever there is a marketplace where some trust and goodwill is the norm (e.g. this forum), there will always be some unscrupulous ***** that come along and take advantage of it.
