    RS2 poly subframe

Hi Guy's just wanting to know if poly bushes for subframe are just a simple press in like wishbone bushes are, or do I need fancy tools?

Its the fun extracting the old ones that causes the stress - unless you have access to a hydraulic press and all the right sized drifts and such. Last ones I did were burnt out by WD40 and canned fire

Just burn/melt the rubber out with small butane torch, middle fall out and the sleeve is easy to remove without the middle bits.

            Cheers

              That's a good call!

I did mine buy drilling out *some* of the rubber then burning *some* more and that bashing with a hammer...
