    034 Delivery Time

Looking to order some parts from 034, and i haven't left myself massive amounts of time

For those of you that have ordered from them, how long does delivery usually take? I notice they have a few different shipping methods with DHL or USPS.

We (well, our US HQ) refuse to use USPS (not to be confused with UPS) to send goods to UK as the service, tracking and insurance is crap.

A lot of the time it just gets held up at a Royal Mail sorting office when it arrives in UK and its up to you to find out which one and arrange from there. Avoid USPS, pay for Fedex if poss, its dearer but gets the job done, especially if you're in a hurry for it.

courier service will most certainly get you to pay import tax and my experience is that they tend to overprice things as well. i have used USPS only from 034 and the turnaround is usually 10 days. tax always within limits

Iv all ways has the DHL delivery and its great, the 5 or 6 times i have ordered on the Thursday or Friday, they have then arrived by late the following week, keep an eye on the tracking number when it lands at the customs ring DHL and pay the customs charge then. you will save 2-3 days on delivery time to your door this way.
Probably the longet S2 project in history EVER!

First thing to do is check that they actually have in stock, the parts you want. Otherwise you will be waiting for their supplier to deliver to them, BTDT.

Cheers for the advice guys, i'm after a set of ARP head studs.

I think i'll just source them from Arrow (~£175), or somewhere closer to home, as it looks to only be the ARP main studs that come in the incorrect sizes, which is why i was looking to get them from 034.

If you need mains studs it would be easier to order them from Arrow and get one turned down. There is a post on my project build I think, that details the difference in length.
