I was to buy an Audi ur quattro from this guy. He agreed sale, email and verbal agreement done, and then HE changes his mind over the night and sales the car to someone else ... not fair, and not loyal to his customers. This dealer is a pure waste of time and money. I already payed for car transport and no one will refund it.

Did you pay a deposit? If not I'm afraid he is well within his rights to do so, I'm not agreeing with him at all but just imagine how many dumb questions and no turn ups he gets every year through ebay alone, thousands I would say.

Will is one of the most honest people I've met and have bought many things from him and he's helped me out, he's also a forum member I'm sure he can speak for himself

No I didn't payed deposit, he want cash only. I offered him that I can pay deposit by paypal but he refused. My friend was to pay him cash on monday. I already transfered money to UK from Poland.

The only thing that I regret is that I don't personally flew to the UK. But unfortunately I was not able to get off work.

I would say nothing is sold untill either you have shaken hands and come to terms or Money has

tin of worms and opening springs to mind, i'm afraid i must side with jamo. will has always been a superstar when i've needed anything...even taking parts to the pub with him as i couldnt collect during business hours. I would think if he had a pound for every time someone said " right i deffo want it" and never turned up he would be a very rich man.

in my defence the car was for sale until paid for. the person who started this thread could of purchased the car two weeks ago and did not turn up so i presumed he was a timewaster. he did not deal with me direct either so never spoke to me more than once on the phone. no deposit was ever given and the car could not be picked up in the given timeframe before today! hence why i sold it to someone who could.

yes i agree but i lost confidence when he didnt turn up last time.
anyone can say yes i will buy it but if you dont come with the money what should i do wait till the end of time because he said he would buy it i dont think so!
