Furans, anyone getting thru?

I was just wondering if anyone in here have bought something from Furans for the last month and got any contact? I ordered a ex.manifoil and after 3 weeks it should be done, but still after 1 month i havent heard anything and neither do they respond to mail. Are they just slow at responding to mail,or have some of you any info whats going on there?
