We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
My car is due MOT soon, the only doubt I have of a fail is middle box has a 2" hole in the outer skin.
Tester saw it last year and passed it, but mentioned it was borderline.
Hole hasn't got any bigger.
What are my chances of a pass this time?

The inner skin of the OE box is stainless and is quite possibly perfect. You should be fine if the box is not leaking.
