If you look in the back of the caliper, you'll see it says brembo. Does on mine anyway

2 separate companies with different manufacturing plants. didn't think they made for each other ? may be wrong but MOVIT been making their own stuff since 1995.

may be completely wrong though !

yep i always thought at the very least their earlier stuff was rebadged Brembo product. Later calipers may well be their own but they always look like close copies of Brembo units from those i have seen.

the whole set cost about £1,600.00. is that the lowest price possible? any other alternative sites that you can suggest? i just wanna get the best offer for it.

Think that's what the set on my car cost a few years back

If it's the standard Movit S2 kit with 4-pot calipers and 322 x 32 discs, then there's a strong chance it bears an uncanny resemblance to Porsche 993 Turbo front brakes (to the point of things like pads, spring/guide plates, anti-squeal shims all fitting fine). You may find that a spares/unseize kit is available from one of the Porsche aftermarket places (e.g. Design 911 (NCTS)). Do convince yourself first though that the parts you are looking for are truly compatible (and report back either way if you go down this kind of route!).

As a side note: the "fast road" pads from QST are Textar pads with a Movit plate on the back, the "track" pads are Carbone Lorraine RC6 compound, both in a 993 Turbo 1994 - 96 fitment.

                  Ck.

Oh yes... I've found it's waste of time to contact Movit directly - they just forward your email straight to their primary in-country dealer (QST in the UK I think).

                    Ck.
