Yep, it's got 'stolen' (or at least claimed stolen) written all over it. Email the guy and ask for the chassis number

sounds very dodgy spoke to him earlier & asked him if i could have the vin no of it to do a check he said why do u want that for so i explained to him & he said im not handing over vin numbs over the phone & he said its never bn uk registerd so if it was seen on h plates thats even more dodgy
