My daily is a '99 S2000 with now 262.000km on the clock.
Engine runs perfect (original one), best gearbox ever, suspension has NO rattles or whatsoever, everything works, and it's really such a great drivers car and especially engine.
And the underside is like new, nowhere any rust, not one drip of oil/coolant, and still
the original exhaust.Leave a comment:

Good wee engines, my wife has a 1.6 aerodeck.....12 years old..goes ok.......MOT due soon and needs rear susp mounts and brake work. Just done a CV boot on it which normally would be ok but it's an old Honda so almost every nut and bolt is corroded away to nothing
If they put some thought into underbody protection then these shopping cars/japanese taxis' would last a lot longer
John.
I love my CQ

I used to have a '05 CTR and it was great fun. I know people generally take the piss out of Vtec, as seen in this thread but don't knock it till you've tried it. . . . I loved Vtec.
My CTR had an induction kit and an un-silenced, larger bore mid pipe on my Civic and crossover was awesome, both the noise and acceleration. I know its a personal thing tho, one of my mates hated it, others loved it. It wasnt slow, it was sensilble when you want it to be and fast/fun when you hit the loud pedal.
I've also had a 280brake 200sx, now that was more fun that Vtec but I'd still have another CTR or ITR.
