I sheard the shittty mild steel key on my 30mm pulley and then made my own key and the pulley is fine now.

As a business he's a Fin so a man of his word.

how did you shear it? on installation? What material did you use for the new key then?

Sheared by turning the engine over by hand, lucky I spotted it. The new key is round and not square this spreads the load better and it's made of carbon tool steel
