Two new forum posts in one day, I'm on a roll!
Actually I've been meaning to post about this for a while now.
Cars with unusual badging. Not necessarily relevant badging...
Back in March I was driving on the A505 and following an Audi A2 "RS" 1.4 TDI (!!) ...needless to say, it was amusing and somewhat irritating at the same time!
A few weeks later I was on the M4 and saw a first generation TT, painted a very bright metallic green. This car was marked up as a TT TDI, and the registration plate was marked B10 FWL (Bio fuel) ...so I can well believe this one was a genuine conversion, and given the essentially Golf based underpinnings, I presume it wasn't too difficult to achieve.
My very sluggish Golf NA diesel certainly couldn't keep up
