Lovely sound isn't it! The Judd V8 is one of the best engines in the world.

This was the V8 Judd Engined DTM/ITC Merc 190 Evo2, I doubt there has ever been induction noise like it... listen to circa 0.28sec onwards...

Excuse the Jazzy intro and the middle pomp... But this is what proper Touring Cars Sounded like in the early 1990's, the ITC/DTM came to Donnington a few times and we went, the Audi V8's were dominant then... But the noise... Oh gawd, the noise of the high revving n/a V6 and V8's, I can still vividly remember them now...
The Afla's made the right noise, mind, they all did.
