    Kinda sick

I bought a SAAB 9-3 turbo with timing chain noise spent ages fitting the new chain kit at home in my garage it was a real pain in the rusty bullet hole.
any way as I was putting it back together I noticed the aircon pump was fooked, ordered a second hand one and it arrived, I decided to take it to work and do it on the two poster sick of lying on me back.

on my way to the garage I was changing gear and noticed the oil light flicker blast I kept going and had to stop at a level crossing I noticed the engine struggling just over the crossing it chucked it and would go no more blast wish I had changed the oil pump.

got the car towed to the garage and abandoned it in the corner this week I sold the interior and wheels lights and bits and bobs so decided to strip the engine bay so I cut the aux belt and pulled it out and the crank turned upon further examination the engine is not sized but the air con pump is solid could you belive a multi v belt could stall an engine and stop it starting I`m gutted the oil light must have when I dipped the clutch to change gear and the engine was nearly stalled...

    bloody GM/SAAB

But every cloud has a silver lining and I`ve made more off breaking it than if I had sold it as a runner

There is a saying in sweden that explains what the four letters in SAAB mean. It goes like this, SAAB= Sälj Aset Annars Byt. Which translates into this, SAAB= Sell the 5hite otherwise trade it. And to be honest there is some truth too it.
