Ur S6 Avant - 61k miles

There is a UR S6 avant 5pot AAN for sale about 7 miles from me, it's not quite on the open market yet, but it is up for sale, I've seen the car occasionally going about and looks pretty mint. It's got an original 61k miles, Silver with full black leather on a "N" plate. T&T until March 12, 6 Speed, completely standard and on it's 4th owner.

I don't know why I'm strangely drawn to look at this car because I don't need it, but going for a gander tonight.

I would be grateful if some of you could suggest a value for it, I haven't got a clue!!!!

the last really low mileage S6 i saw sell(ebay) went for either £3800 or £4200 cant remember exactly,it was a black avant, auto aswell.It had done 77.000,pretty sure that was an N reg also.So in that case a manual with lower miles is worth at least that and more
