yeah same ultima, part way through putting a F355 challenge engine and box in it, bmw m5 on the 2 post ramp has a weak vanos pump and stuck vano's valve bodies. 730 has a blocked dpf due to a turbo actuator stuck on high boost, rangie had blocked fuel pickup pipe.........says alot for bmw!!!!! *****!!!!! and the v8 coupe is another story :mischeif:

Good job this is your own garage I think our friends in health and safety at work might not have taken a favourable view about the car up a height

I do back onto where I work so if they pop round no doubt they will mention something ! Shame I can't keep it up there once its built as its a PITA to move about and that has actually given me lots of extra room

Shouldn't be up there for much longer as the 306 will be finished by tonight........hopefully.

Thats a nice clean garage! Me n the old man are nearly done building a double at his. Gliderol double width electric door, walls will be white with strip lights on the rafters and walls, i agree plenty of lighting is a must

Decent floor paint has made such a massive difference. No dust, much brighter and you can mop it
Although now I keep getting really pissed of with dust and leaves blowing under the door so I need a sealing strip

Going to strengthen the rafters so I can board out the loft bit properly, and then build a ladder to get up there without climbing like a chimp

I have to clear the garage evry spring thanks to both the leaves issue and Lynn and kids throwing junk in when they have friends coming and it ends up staying there, until the spring when I clear it all out and threaten to either burn it or take it to the skip if its still on the drive by 5pm
