audi tt 1.8t 180hp boost limit

Hello , any one know what is the boost limit for the 180hp engine? is it 0.8 include the overboost? or its 0.6 ? , i read some where the boost of it is 0.8 but in the vagcom log it shows 0.8 then it drops to 0.5

It will drop off as the revs rise otherwise you'd just be pushing hot air into the system, rather than any more boost pressure - it's a function of the compressor map S2 does the same thing, even RS2 turbo is mapped to drop off up top. As for what the exact profile is, that's down to whoever mapped the car. Here's what a remapped S2 can look like:-

Boost leak or broken/bent wg actuator possibly.
Graph shows full boost at 2400 rpm though.

What is your CF like? MAF values?

in this log i had bent actuator rod i changed it , and then it start to boost from 4000 , during this log it was boosting good but it was like missfiring in full throtle under 3000 rpm , but over 3000 it was good all the way untill 6000 , now with the new actuator it boost from 4000-> and before that the car is like pushing hard and slowly and before the turbo boost at 4000 it act as if car loosing power then it kicks.

does a boost leak make this symptoms? does a little bent turbo hose make this? i have one bad hose that fit like a bit bent.

what is CF ? , i will make MAF read and boost log now and then i will change the turbo hose and check it again.

                CF is knock pull.
Log knock pull in each cylinder, let's see how that is, log MAF.

But if you changed the actuator and now it spools from 4000, I have the feeling that possibly something is wrong with that.

how can i log the knock pull in each cylinder? i will change the hose first and test it, last time when i took of the N75 PLUG the car run untill 3000 rpm smooth with no sign of cuting or like misfire...
