As you know I have been having issues with what appears to be my injectors mainly the sensor one on my 2.5tdi Ex AA van. Its in limp mode and I have done loads to try to get rid of it and each time I try something nothing fixes it until I found the injector sensor wire had a snag in it so I wound it together and shrink wrapped it and it seems to have fixed it for a few days then went back into limp mode due to a rubbish join (I knew it would be temporary) I tried to solder the join but it stayed in limp mode so I got a known working one from someone else. They removed working from their T4 of same power, year and engine code because they fitted uprated injectors for more power. Currently I have the wiring loom from the van in the kitchen to do continuity testing on.
I have got hold of a second hand set that are apprantly out of a van the same yer and power as mine. I removed the old one from my engine earlier and took these numbers from it:
2FH KBEL58P189 190BAR 968 C4
074 130 202P
The replacement one has these numbers on it:
2FH KBEL58P107 190BAR 764 C4
074 130 202A
I was wondering if you could answer if the replacement one will work in my van or does it have to have exactly the same written on it? (Robin I may still need your one from you as it seems to have the same numbers on it as my old broken one does. I hope this is ok still?)
