Brakes brakes brakes, much better idea, DONT STOP GO ROUND

The original S2 brakes are not sufficient, even with stock HP - I know this from our Autobahn...

If you have to brake one time hard from vmax to 100km/h the brakes are finished and getting very loud...

Even if you have to break hard from 290 to 140 with the 993 calipers - its not funny...

In germany you don't get TÜV without the 933 brakes when coverting to 315+ HP

It was the very first thing I changed on this car...

Yup, with the Autobahn things are a little different.
This is also why the manufacturers put big brakes on cars.
But even the big brakes are useless if they are not in a good state.

For example on my RS4 the front brakes are in pretty bad condition (need new discs and pads), and braking on the airfield from 260km/h to 80km/h my brakes were pretty much gone.
They will be of course replaced as soon as the snow melts.

In the end it all depends on how you use the car. If you track it, you will need much better brakes.

A few weeks ago, I was in the lucky situation to drive a 600+ HP 3.0 RS4 from a friend of mine. This car has MOVIT brakes all around with 6 piston calipers. It is like throwing an anchor and you have to carry about not to find your breakfast on the dashboard after breaking... I love this car so much

I'd say even stock RS4 brakes when in good condition are nice.
Except they are usually never in a good condition on the B5's because one disc costs 400 EUR at a dealer.
So that's 1600 EUR for new discs
