There is a metal "hook" that supports the throttle cable that should be bolted there.

You can see it in these pictures.

Never seen that bracket myself, though we do have a mount below the strut brace which may be the RHD equivalent.

Had a look at mine .... it has a 'P' clip there, holding the two wires in place that run up past it in your photo

Brackets on mine, but it's LHD.
