    Well, no progess today

Went out with some close buddies on the MotoX bikes, I was swapping between an old 1997 CR250 and some sort of newish KTM 250 two stroke.

Got over confident on KTM as it was so easy to ride compared to the old CR and filped her backwards over a little jump. Came down very hard on my back, which is now black and blue. However, that's not the problem, I must have bruised my lungs or something as I can hardly move and the pain across my chest mussels is excruciating. In bed at the moment feeling very sorry for myself.

    No polishing this weekend

        Thanks mate

Taken a lot of strong Opiates and am feeling a little better.

Not looking forward to waking up tomorrow though, it's always worse the next day.

Yep, as soon as my Insurance policy documents arrive I'll be there!! It's 56 quid now I think.

Got my cover from Sureterm Direct, who I can not recommend highly enough, very helpful UK based call centre, knowledgeable staff with the right attitude is what you want from an insurer.

Golf cost me 170 quid a year fully comp with agreed value etc.

Corrado costs me 160 quid a year, on a very limited mileage policy, still with agreed value as well as a lot of other perks thrown in now I have two cars with them.

They will insure an S2 on a classic policy for little more than my other two. However there can be no mod's. They don't like mods one bit.

Feeling a bit itchy now, bloody pain killers.

, Yeah I'd have been Da man in 2days yoof speek init!

                Anyway,

Yeah, I'm really pleased with Raddo, it's like driving a new one, love the torque delivery in the midrange, really nice surge of power. As I owned and ran another very tidy LHD German one for Five years I can jump in this and it feels normal

With a bit of work the body will come up perectly, I've only got about 4/5 dents to sort and just the one bad one on the rear panel. Also got an excellent new paint man, young lad in his early 20's. He's enthusiastic about working on nice old cars and he lays the paint on a treat. Going to be painting/touching up my T4, Corrado, Golf and S2, in that order over the next year or so. He's mobile as well

Nice thing is it has no sun-roof, so plenty of head loom, which was an issue with both my previous examples.

Think I'll enjoy it for a year or so the sell it on the German market. They fetch strong money over there.

The pain seems to be abating, think it must be my organs settling back into place, only have very limited supply of strong Opioid's. See you on the morrow
