    Small scissor lifts?

Has anybody used any of the small scissor lifts?

I know they are not as good as a proper lift, and access will be restricted to exhaust and prop, but for the money (and space) they look ok.

Just wondering if anybody has used one?

whats the price? i personally went with a removable two-post and couldnt be happier!

its about time. while dropping the trans last week, it seems i did not have the stands up to the normal height, but a couple clicks down. when trans came out, i kinda got a lil pinned and could not extricate myself. 20 minutes after i was out, payment had been sent and this is the result. it...

fully portable, stowable, and 48" lift height. made for the hoe garage...

pretty good! all i have ever wanted was a place to work on my car, now i have that bearing in mind that im not using the two post lift. All i need is a man sized engine craine and small acro props.

I know you will be happy when you can work on your breaks standing up!

I had looked at them aswell, a friend uses one. I'm going for a 2 post instead. A local guy does them at £1100 + vat for a 3.5T one. Should have it in the next few weeks.

The small scissor lifts start around about £1000

That is the other option I am looking at (I can't find a UK distributor though)
