Like the Scimitar but the 2.8 is a fairly poor engine. Need to make sure the tubular chassis is in good condition underneath all that fiberglass.

Nice but not nice enough. Don’t be deflected, spend all your money and time on the S2.

Nicely retro, but could see it being (another) maintenance money pit, particularly with it being just sat for 15 years. Who knows what's perished/crumbled in that time. Were you the winning bidder?

No, I didn't bid on it, not really a fan of open tops (except TR6 ) but have had a secret crush on the Scimitar GTE for years, I should imagine they're a financial liability though

Thats a very unusual choice of car, i am curious as to what has you interested in one? I just dont see the attraction, to me its just a kit car with Granada running gear.

Thats it, I like the homemade feel about it - Bloke in his shed knocking it up sort of thing Suppose it's the 'eccentric English' trait

Nice retro car these days, and would certainly be quite a nice project to have. Not going to be best performance but buying a classic isnt about that is it
